Yesterday I brought my iphone in to see if my phone had any life left in it. I was in a rush and forgot I placed my phone on the top of my car and drove off. Poor phone hit the highway and was run over by several cars! I was so scared that this would cost me a lot. I have been to so many stores in my life but Sam was AWESOME! He gave the best customer service, definitely the highest quality customer service. From the moment I walked in, it felt like friends. What I really appreciate is that he’s honest and straightforward. He doesn’t try to upsell or push things you don’t need. He takes the time to explain the issue and gives you clear options without any pressure. That kind of transparency is hard to find. Plus, his prices are some of the best I’ve seen. Total cost $75 and total time dropped it off during my lunch break, 15 mins of diagnostics, he told me to give him 40 mins. I picked it up after work and could NOT believe how he made my phone look like new and now have been using it for a few days and have no issues on my phone. I am beyond pleased with the experience. The service here is wonderful and the repair time is impeccable. The pricing can’t be beat for the quality received. I wouldn’t recommend any other place if you’re in the area.

I’m really happy with experience with this phone repair shop. I had my iPhone repaired somewhere else and they said it has battery issue. However when I asked this shop to look what’s the issue- they said there was no issue. It was just assembling issue which might have done due to last time repair service.
